L7 has developed the L7iQ Commercial Product Suite to meet the requirements of small to medium business.  The L7iQ Commercial Suite is appropriate for businesses with a limited number of Microsoft Servers and Cisco Network devices.  The Suite delivers continuous monitoring of this infrastructure, provides remote L7 level 2 support engineering and L7 service Desk support as well as onsite Proactive maintenance with a priority response SLA of 8x5xNext Business Day.  Each quarter a report summarising the development throughout the period is presented.
