  • Network and Communications Support -  included services are the installation and management of network and communication equipment such as Cisco, HP and other leading industry network and security devices.   
  • Priority Support - 15 minute, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour and Next Business Day reactive support for Service Desk calls.
  • Proactive Support - the provision of preventative maintenance and health checks for networks, security solutions, operating systems and backups.
  • Monitoring and Reporting - automated collection of real-time data allowing immediate response to malfunctions as well as availability, performance and capacity trends analysis.
  • L7iQ Product Suite - Incorporates a variety of L7's operationally-focused Managed Services with advanced IT infrastructure Measurement, Monitoring, Management and Reporting services to deliver a seamless offering to increase IT infrastructure and service availability.
