The Bethanie Group IT environment showed maturity and instilled confidence, however, ICT was looking to the future and wanted to understand how their environment could support business as it grew. An independant ICT risk assessment and Business Impact Assessment was undertaken to provide an objective view of current ICT services, service levels and gaps in service should their be an ICT disaster or unplanned outage.
