L7 Ranked Third Most Progressive Managed Service Provider in Australia
24-Feb 2010
L7 Solutions (L7) has been listed within the top 30 of the world's most progressive Managed Service Providers on the annual MSPmentor 100 Survey.
Ranked 27th globally (3rd nationally) the survey rates Managed Services providers across the world on factors such as their overall capabilities, financial growth and footprint, and is an improvement on last year's ranking of 53rd.
L7 General Manager of Managed Services, Glenn McAtee, said there was a noticeable change in momentum this year surrounding the ranking. “After last year‟s announcement I began receiving calls and emails from people around the world as the news spread,” he said. “This year the ranking has gained significant additional momentum as Vendors, IT Resellers and IT Consultants are all scrambling for a piece of one of the biggest growth areas in the Information Technology arena.” McAtee further commented that the Managed Services division is a part of L7 that is gaining great traction in the market due to its innovative go-to-market strategy, scalable, structured processes and commitment across all parts of the L7 business.
The L7 Managed Service products have been developed from soliciting feedback from clients and through detailed market research within the managed services industry, both here in Australia and in the US/Europe. L7 Managing Director, Matt Sullivan, feels that the popularity of Managed Services is due to businesses now operating in a "new economy‟ which are looking at IT Managed Service providers as key business partners to help drive innovation, efficiency and lower overall IT spend. “This is certainly something we pride ourselves on providing for our clients and it is with this foundation that we feel we have been able to secure a higher place in this year's survey” he said.
