L7 wins 2006 Rising Stars Award

L7 Solutions was in prestigious company last night as one of the top ten companies recognized as a 2006 WA Business News’ Rising Star. Nominated by Deloitte, L7 was collectively judged fifth by Dept. of Industry and Resources, Pattersons, WA Business News, Curtin Business School, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Lavan Legal.

This award recognizes WA based private enterprises who have demonstrated strong, consistent growth over the past three years and who understand and effectively articulate the key drivers behind sustained growth of the organization. L7’s revenue has more than doubled every year since inception and is forecasted for almost $12M for 0607 with an expected staff count of 70.

Professional services company, L7 Solutions was established by Matt Sullivan and Brett Looney and commenced trading in March 2004. During the past 30 months the business has evolved into three professional business units, each with strong market penetration in the WA corporate and government sectors, and each with its own mission and objectives.

• L7 Advisory Service assists clients address and resolve concerns in a variety of areas, including business continuity and disaster recovery, IT infrastructure library, process control and mapping.
• L7 Managed Services includes service desk, priority and proactive support, server and desktop support and monitoring and reporting.
• L7 Integration services is the interface between the end client and the vendor and is made up of the technical and project management delivery teams.

On the technology front, the company has achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status in less than 2 years, Cisco Silver Partner status, CommVault CIP and Enterprise Solutions Partner, Citrix Silver Partner and EMC Direct Partner status, the only non-national company to achieve this status. In a first for a WA company, L7 was awarded the 2005 ANZ Cisco Commercial Partner of the Year for Australia/New Zealand at Cisco’s Global Summit in San Diego, California, earlier this year.
