Who do you need to be?

This first line position is responsible for the ongoing engineering support and maintenance of assigned customer network infrastructure (Voice 7 Data). Working within the L7 customer base, you will interact with key customer stakeholders, vendors and L7 teams to successfully support the ongoing operation of our customer networks

You’ll need to have:

  • 2+ years Cisco experience: switching, routing and firewall installation, configuration and support.
  • Minimum Cisco certified to CCNA level (with CCNP preferred).
  • Good understanding and experience of working within an ITIL framework.
  • Strength in problem solving and assessment of system/network issues at client sites, and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Professional documentation skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Your passion for solving problems using technology coupled with excellent communication and customer relationship skills will ensure your success in this role.
