The focus of this Systems Engineer position is the responsibility for the design, implementation and management of Systems solutions for clients which involves a combination of project work, ad-hoc support/consultancy and problem resolution.

You will interact with key customer stakeholders, vendors and L7 teams to successfully deliver new infrastructure projects. This role is all about leading by example and will suit someone with a genuine passion for what they do.

Who do you need to be?
 
We take great pride in our people and that’s just one of the things that makes us a great place to work.  You’ll need to have:
 

  • Solid systems integration experience, with an in-depth understanding of the issues surrounding large systems integration projects.
  • Practical experience in the design, development and implementation  of medium to large multi-site rollouts of Windows 2003/8, Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Desktop technologies.
  • Working knowledge of the Virtual Infrastructure product suite, backup products and methodologies. Strong focus on design and implementation of virtualised server based computing environments.
  • MCSE certification preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent project planning, reporting and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Professional documentation skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks effectively
