Who do you need to be?

This role is responsible for key coordination and administration of the Technical Services Team. Administration activities cover the recording and organisation of training, travel, overtime & expenses as well as miscellaneous paperwork to mobilise the engineering team for remote site projects.

Coordination activities cover the allocation of L7 Technical Service staff to meet the requirements of presales, projects, managed services, assignments, ad-hoc support and internal support. The coordination role works directly with the Technical Services Manager and indirectly with larger organisation to maintain a balanced level of utilisation across the group, and to assist in the forecast ongoing resource requirements.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology & concepts relating to corporate IT environments.
  • Customer service experience within an IT environment
  • Appreciation of project management principles and practices.
  • Hands on experience of IT Service based tools for incidents and resourcing.
  • Experience of tools for time tracking, billing and reporting
